Comment : I was the most suitable for this opportunity given the experience required and I had. HR team was very humble and experienced they knew what they were looking for. Explained the job requirements first before starting the telephonic round. Interview went very well with the counterpart of another region and we discussed what are the new things which can be explored. However, when the selection did not happen, just a regret mail was sent and there have not been any feedback even after the repeated follow ups with the business head and the HR team. However, the ideas suggested by me were implemented the next week itself making me feel like cheated. They did not like me as a suitable candidate but liked my suggestions worth implementation.
