Comment : The interview process was smooth, but the time between onboarding and the process was a bit slow. There was no spoc or buddy assigned to cater any doubts related to onboarding. Lack of communication is what I can see in the whole onboarding process.

Comment : Since I had left the earlier job a few weeks ago before going for this interview, HR exploited the opportunity and they offered me a one step lower position and also did not give me a raise. But as I needed the job, I accepted the offer. It is a common practice by recruiters to exploit candidates personal situation in making gains. That is the worst part of recruitment in India. They never empathise with candidates.

Comment : Interviewers questions were not quite relevant to the work one would have to actually do once in the job. They seemed random. HR questions seemed very random as well, making it doubtful if they actually had a huge weightage on the selection process.
