Comment : Hiring team took too long without proactively informing me about the outcome of the rounds of interview, came back for the next round at very short notice. Though it was an employee referral, the hiring coordinator marked it as her Linked In contact, denying the employee his referral bonus. The joining procedure was no better, the hiring manager had to sort out the joining date, coordinate my joining formalities while the hiring/ onboarding coordinator took leave without arranging anything.
