Comment : Throughout the interview process, I had the privilege of engaging in multiple rounds of discussions with key stakeholders, including my potential APAC stakeholders, NA reporting director, and the global VP of Marketing. These comprehensive interviews aimed to evaluate not only my qualifications and educational background but also my compatibility with the team dynamics and company culture. We explored various topics, ranging from my motivation for applying to my strengths, weaknesses, working and leadership style, career aspirations, and salary expectations. The allure of the role, coupled with the incredibly positive team atmosphere, ultimately convinced me to join the organization, despite the need to accept a 20% pay cut. The opportunity for growth and the alignment of values with the team outweighed the financial sacrifice, solidifying my decision to embark on this exciting new chapter.
