Comment : There was a first round of interview by an employee at same position. It went well. Then I was asked to submit 2 case study solutions (one was a future strategy ppt for the company and the other was to prepare financial projections for their online business). A final interview was supposed to happen after submission, but the HR said that due to internal restructuring, all hiring has stopped. I now suspect they simply get their strategy and financial projections prepared for free from candidates and then toss them away.
