Comment : I got the call from the HR Team at about 8:30 Pm at night. Had my first round with the hiring manager on the same day at 11:00 PM. It was good. The hiring manager did make me understand the role and his requirements. He asked me pertinent questions regarding my experience. Post the same , I got a call after 10 Days for the next interview, and then a third Interview 10 days later. The low point was when I received the offer letter that was not at par with my expectations. Also, it is very confusing than the other companies. Added to the same , the HR told me something of an extra benefit which I realized did not exist when I joined the company. Overall, it left a bad taste in the hiring process.
