Comment : Having worked with Standard Chartered Bank for over a decade, I must share that it was one of the best place to work for as an employee for your intial 2-3 years. But once you are in to the system for more than 5 years, management tends to take you as granted and you can expect no growth and even no salary hike even after performing well and securing a good rating. I would not recommend people to work more than 2 years in that organization specially for operations oriented jobs.
