Comment : Though the interview was for Bangalore location Shell has an established system of conducting remote interviews through video conferencing which was fairly good. Only issue was there was no update from the company regarding the final decision; I had to personally call up the HR rep later to find out.

Comment : The position was based in blr but didn't have any issues with doing the video conference f2f interview from Chennai. Only downside is that I had to call the hr again after a couple of weeks to know the result, else they wouldn't have closed the loop.
