Do you think that the interview process was relevant to the role you got assessed for ?
Comment : Pathetic process. This was the second time I was getting interviewed in Mindtree. I told them about my salary expectations during initial calls only. Then went for interviews. Cleared all technical rounds and HR discussion was fine. After that hiring manager stops picking up the calls. He used to call so many times before and during interviews but just after the process, he stopped discussing.hate this.
