Do you think that the interview process was relevant to the role you got assessed for ?
Comment : This is the first time in my career that I was told that I didn’t have 72% in 10th, 12th standard and also in graduation so we can’t process the application as management has specifically asked for candidates who have more than 72% in 10th, 12th standard and graduation also. Does that mean that a person who is having lower score then he/she will not be knowledgeable enough that he/she should work in that company?
How can grades be relevant to the level of knowledge that a person has!??
