Comment : I had 2 rounds of interviews.The first one was with the Managing Director.It went well, the MD was respectful and was sure of what he was looking for.He set up the next round with one of his direct reports who didn't seem to be open enough to hear my views.For solutions to every customer related problem he was expecting a technology oriented solution which is not practical.I was quite disappointed with the experience of the second interaction.
