Comment : Had to keep pursuing for over 30 days to get a regret email! Pathetic candidate experience given !

Comment : Interview process was managed very well by the HR. I was quite impressed with the prompt responses and the way the entire process was executed. Only thing which I felt quite disappointing was that while the interview went very well and the business / hiring manager gave a very clear signal of proceeding with hiring me - the application was rejected. Don't expect such confusing communication by organisations like Google for Senior roles and the least that is expected is the Senior leadership being unsure of hiring a candidate post the completion of interview.

Comment : I applied through their career page and had a friend at Google to refer me.They were prompt in letting me know that my CV cleared the HR screen and then was shared with the business team.The business team didnt find my profile suitable hence I didn reach the interview stage.I really appreciate their prompt communication and closing the loop which most organizations dont care to do with candidates who are not shortlisted.
