Comment : The interview was telephonic. I was first asked to explain my job role. Later few technical questions were asked related to the technical profiles I have worked in my current company. Few Questions asked were like: Challenges faced in closing a position. Exposure to what all passive sourcing tools etc. Overall interaction during the interview was positive. Job description, kind of profiles I have to work on was explained very nicely by the interviewer. Only thing lacked and I decided not to join because I was told after interview that it was a contractual third party role.

Comment : Found the recruiter not very professional. Had sent a very unprofessional calendar invite just mentioning the zoom link on the subject line. She also was not forthcoming in giving information about the interviewers prior to interview, never shared the JD. Only in my second round, she tried to give some tips for the interview. During the interview my hiring manager's manager looked completely uninterested in the conversation and was majorly busy working. I liked my interactions with the hiring manager. Being an MNC, the whole experience was surprising and disappointing.

Comment : The interview happened in December 2019. I got a "selected " email from HR. I was called and told that the offer would be rolled out shortly.. C&B discussion was complete and whem contacted I get a false assurance that the offer will be rolled out.. I checked a few days ago and I got to know the position is still open, but no communication except more false promises. Its been over 2 months now and no communication. I have wasted my precious time on follow ups.

Comment : Genpact was my first company . Best company to work with . I will recommend my friends to join this company . I had 5 rounds during interview session. First round with hr followed by 3 test ,Which includes apptitude , typing and voice test to test candidate's vocabulary skills and last round was taken by team leader followed by process manager. Than I got selected for AML process . Worked with genpact for 3.5 years. Best place to work with

Comment : The interviewer had asked random questions like strengths and weaknesses. She never asked me questions on content or HR knowledge. She conducted the round on VC where there was a lot of noise in the background from her end as she was interviewing from home.

Comment : I Was interviewed on 30th Nov’19 and I got my offer letter on 9th Jan’20. I joined in 31st Jan’20 as I was asked for an early joining.After 1 week of joining HR just informed us that process has been rolled out and they are going to allign us to positions which are available. And the profile they are offering is doesn’t even related to my experience and work i.e contract management, costing etc. I am a qualified accountant and leaving my existing company was a big step for my career. It is so unprofessional as it affects someone’s career.

Comment : As per the last information I cleared 1st operation round & my next round was scheduled in 3 days time gap. However, no one turn up in the 2nd round and I need to cancel all other schedule to make myself available. I think such situations can be managed better, and due respect to candidate slots. I am sitting all alone in the meeting link and to came to know after 20 mins it will be reschedule. Till now no information, it's almost more than a month.

Comment : Interview went very well. I gave two rounds. One was technically round which is testing Excel knowledge and second round was the final round. I cleared my excel test with average score. What they mostly look forwaecis the losituvs attitude and loyalty. That means if he will be able to stay for a longer period of time in Genpact or not. Since you already have sufficient qualification for this position. They only care about content knowledge and Positive attitude with learning intent.
