Comment : Exhaustive process with 4-5 rounds of discussion along with a case study. Every discussion seemed to have a clear assessment criteria in mind, though the last discussion seemed like an outlier. Usually by this time, the interviewer wants to understand the cultural fitment but the discussion seemed to be more focused on skills which were not in line with the job description. A detailed closure/reason would have helped especially when the candidate has invested so much time in the process.
