Comment : Exl is a management Consultancy Organization, so if you are a Developer like Me, this organization we not feel like home to you since they have a very stict policy for Data Protection. The other thing I didn't really like is that we can not carry out phones with us. Apart from this, talking in terms of the work, the Organization has work in the domain of Big Data, SQL, HIVE, SAS primarily. Work using python has just started to gear pace.

Comment : My interview had three rounds - an excel round, followed by an HR round in which I was asked general question about my background and guesstimates and the last round was with the manager which was a conversation about the role, salary, company etc. I was made to wait a lot between each of the rounds as all the rounds took place on the same day, but I was made comfortable whilst I waited. The company did tell me on the spot that I was selected but still took a lot of time in rolling out the offer letter which made me a little anxious. Overall the experience was good.
