Comment : The first round was a 5 mins conversation which started with zero pleasantries. I was then told I will be meeting 3 people it after making me wait for 45 mins and multiple reminders from me that I have taken time out of a work day, finally no one else found time to meet me. I was told that the other 2 leaders were ‘busy in meetings’ . Why keep an interview then? Finally was asked to leave and that the follow up interviews will be scheduled over Skype and not surprisingly I never heard back from the HR who prior to the interview was extremely forthcoming and persistent.
