Comment : Interview experience was really good.Recruiter explained about the job role nicely but the only reason I didn't go ahead with further rounds was it was a third party 4-6months contract role. Had it been a full time on role with Deloitte I would have definitely given my best to get selected.

Comment : The interview was a mere formality. The business manager did not even have a copy of my resume and didn’t ask any relevant questions to the role. The business round also seemed to be an HR round and it seemed that the hiring manager was already convinced with the profile.

Comment : The interview took place throughout the day and had 2 technical rounds of interview after resume was shortlisted. The questions asked were on the topics such as accounting, finance and derivatives.

Comment : They were not even sure about the role. They were also very confused about the JD themselves. Even till the end they said things are on hold as we are not clear about how to leverage this role. Very bad impression. How are you running a company if u cannot even make your mind about one mid level role.
