Do you think that the interview process was relevant to the role you got assessed for ?
Comment : Interview process took way long time to announce feedback. I had to reach recruiter to check on feedback and interview took place way long back, yet recruiter didn't have any feedback for my interview. Now, I don't even reach out to that recruiter, as she doesn't response to my phone calls ever. I would never recommend any friend of mine to join Capgemini, although company is MNC but process is way lengthy to understand. Immediate joiners should never go for this company. Those, who are not that actively looking for job can surely reach out Capgemini HR but not actively looking ones. Thanks.
