Comment : The interview process was pathetic. I had three rounds of interview. Hr, Sr. Marketing manager and Marketing head. After which I was told to that I was selected and company said we will roll out the offer letter in a days time and was asked to share contact details for background verification. I did share my ex manager number and tht did background verification. After two days I followed up on the offer to which hr did answer for consecutive one week. Then randomly after a week said i Said i hv to submit an assignment and post which they will share. So I completed the assignment and shared again no show by hr for a week. Then again they called and said there is one more assignment which needs to be done post which I will release the offer. So again I put efforts on the assignment and shared they repeated the same story again and never got back. Then I called the consultant about this shady behaviour the consultant said you check with company hr. At the end there was show by the hr and no one. This is such a bad experience where the company did timepass for 1.5 months.
