Comment : Overall based on the interview process, and the increment offered would recommend. The interview process took a long time, and the JD evolved through the process. The interactions with business HR and business leader were insightful, the leaders were very invested and were willing to have me travel to the company premises for a personal experience. They offered great info on the company’s culture, and ways of working. Overall the process was long, there was little clarity on next steps, the JD evolved but the interface with leaders was great. And the increment offered was substantial.
