Do you think that the interview process was relevant to the role you got assessed for ?
Comment : I joined Multifit as an intern then later I was promoted to HR executive. I worked for almost 1 year, but I believe the organisation is not good for HR, there is no structure. If a person is in sales, he/she can joi as they can earn handsome amount from doing sales otherwise salary is not up to the mark.
