Comment : One reason to join Iplace is good company culture and quarterly perks and benefits. The only reason which u might not like will be the night shift because in most u get the job for night shift.

Comment : Total 3rounds were taken. Questions asked were related to the skills and clients I have worked earlier. In last round I have been given two live requirements for which I have to source 5 candidates for reaching requirement.

Comment : First round was taken by recruiting team basic questions like clients and skills I have worked on. Another round was taken by hiring manager she gave gave me live requirements for which I had to source candidates. Also asked to share Boolean search string used for both the requirements.
